What we collect

• Organisation name and the work email addresses of named users, to create accounts and send sign-in details, receipts and renewal reminders.
• Sign-in times and an audit log of licence changes, to operate and secure the service.
• Payment details are collected and stored by the payment provider (Stripe or Paddle), not by us.
• Encrypted data objects when sync is enabled. We hold no key and cannot read them.

What we do not collect

No analytics, no advertising identifiers, no third-party scripts on the dashboard, no plaintext drilling or geological data, no data passphrases.

Where it is stored

Account records and encrypted objects are stored on Vercel infrastructure in the Singapore region. Transactional email is sent through Resend.

Retention

Account records are kept while the subscription is active and for 12 months after it ends, then deleted. Encrypted objects are deleted 30 days after the subscription ends, or immediately on request.
